Mr. Skin is a big, big fan of Bingbing Fan. The sexy Chinese actress, who is also a pop singer, studied at the Shanghai Theater Academy and rose to stardom when she played Jin Suo, a fragile maid character, on the popular TV drama Huan zhu ge ge (My Fair Princess). From there, she appeared in TV shows like My Fair Princess II, The Great Qing Empire, and The Proud Twins, plus movies like The Lion Roars (2002) and Cell Phone (2003). In the 2007 film Lost in Beijing, Bingbing Fan showed her tingtings and can, and that adds up to lust in Beijing! Afterward, Fan moved onto some seriously big projects within the Marvel universe, taking a part in Iron Man 3 (2013) and then breaking out in a big way in X-Men: Days of Future Past (2014) where she played a character who could disappear and reappear in the blink of an eye, called Blink. Unfortunately, her character’s description became all too real when in 2018 we blinked and Fan disappeared–gone from the public eye without explanation. Three months later she reappeared and revealed that she had evaded taxes and was being fined millions of dollars. Presumably, Fan spent her absence fleeing from, or detained by, Chinese authorities. We wish that Fan would land more parts stateside and outside the control of China’s statemind. Perhaps then she’d have the rights to not be unlawfully detained and to show more skin, since her onscreen nudity is also a blink and you’ll miss it type of deal.
